biondino wrote:Okay, my cold has cleared up - or so I thought - today I have annoying blocked sinuses and resulting headache. I can feel what seems like a vacuum in there (though it's probably the opposite). What's the best way of clearing them and hopefully my headache as well?
i was recently at the docs and had him look at my sinuses after a cold (really blocked and headaches too) and was prescribed antibiotics which didnt work and now i have ben told to get some over the counter hayfever nasal spray (beclometasone dipropionate) which seems to be working. was told to take it morning and night for two weeks. you should see the snot flow :shock:0 -
