Are there any good books to do with cycle training, I think there's one that's been mentioned a couple of times but I can't remember its name.

The Cyclist's Training Bible: A Complete Training Guide for the Competitive Road Cyclist by Joe Friel.

I was after a cycle training book - as I got it today I can't yet offer an opinion of my own - however many here recommended it to me.
