    Great thread.
  • Frustrated "executives",distracted mommies,road-owning white van men.Always headwind, rarely sunny, but always enjoyable.

Needed to hyphenate road owning to get down to 15. Hope you will forgive me.

Roundabout, river, trees and rabbits, potholes, up hill and down twice, time trial and there!

Homeward bound in reverse order. 18.5km in each direction - I keep meaning to take a detour when the weather is nice but I can't seem to take it easy when I encounter a hill and only just make it home before collapsing from exhaustion...

Downhill Tarmac, Car racing, bus dodging, light waiting, deep breathing, leg pumping, big grinning action.
The trail is long and my legs are burning but I can't stop smiling.

Think that sums it up nicley!

I've got 2 strands to my journey, interspersed with trains, so:
    1. Short, lots of cars not bikes flattish permanent headwinds regardless of direction
    2. London, central, flat, psycho cars/taxis/buses/bikes/mopeds/peds. RLJ scum. Busy.

It's just a hill. Get over it.
