flip flop though some side streets, amble though Bushy park and i'm done, but since i have no fixed place of working my commute can be anything from open door and done to clogged up big roads to waffing along though parks/forgotten bridleways.0

Homeward bound in reverse order. 18.5km in each direction - I keep meaning to take a detour when the weather is nice but I can't seem to take it easy when I encounter a hill and only just make it home before collapsing from exhaustion...

1. Short, lots of cars not bikes flattish permanent headwinds regardless of direction
