genesis skyline - changing chainrings

i have just bought a genesis skyline for winter training and want to change the chainring to get a lower fixed gear. the cranks are sugino however i am unsure ogf the model and what pattern and pcd the current chainring is

Measuring BCD: This 110 mm BCD ring measures 64.7 mm center-to-center.

Multiplying this dimension by 1.7 will give you the actual BCD for a 5 bolt chainring.

Use 1.4 for 4 bolt chainrings

It's often stamped on the chainring somewhere. Depends on brand.
