Quick Poll - train or not? You decide...

I'm knackered have been on the turbbo pretty much twice a day (2.5/3hrs in total) since I got it doing a mix of HIIT and riding like I would on the road. Shoulder is hurting a bit but only did 2hrs on it this morning as was planning on 30-45 minutes HIIT this evening before dinner.

If this were you would you suck it down and do the training or sack it off for the evening and rest until the morning?
