effective time restricted turbo sessions?

been experimenting with my turbo trainer and was wondering if you guys have any good effective workouts that you use for given time restraints like 30min/45mins/1hr etc?
yesterday i did a 35 minute session as i was pushed for time but did - 10 minute warm up then 5 1minute sprints to max with 1 minute rest in between then cool down.
is this a good sprint workout or not really? any advice would be handy

I guess it depends on what you're training for ?
I'd probably struggle to do your work out above, the quality for me would probably start dropping of after the second sprint.0
