    28". And I thought that Hoy was massive throughout the olympics, turns out that there is just a bit less around the hips on him. Waist is 36" and calves are 17.5.

    I was actually going to try find out where he got his pants, I have a nightmare with suits and so on.

    By the way GAP do fairly good pants for this body shape.
