The Porsche Cayenne is the most disgusting car ever, though.

Thankyou!!! This has been an argumnt of mine for ages now, and the Carrera... As a kid I loved Porsche.. what ever hppened the them? And ferrrrrrrarri.

For me the worst car is anything and everything. I have met a***holes in VW, white vans/transits, audis, beemers, anything with four wheels.

Yesterday I was nearly driven into by a div in a white transit at a chicane (I had right of way on the left, he was supposed to wait behind the chicane - he tore right infront of me at the last second and I had to dive to the left at the curb to avoid him. He seemed to think it funny :x )

Its 50/50 here if I'm honest. Some drive like a silly sausage but I have encountered many nice ones who'll let you pull out of a junction and give you space. 8)

Honda Jazz 1.2 - average driver age is 76 years (probably)

    This speak of the elderly....

..last year I was riding home from work and came up behind this old dear in a little red renaut of some kind. She was doing about 15mph and I was right behind her for ages it seemed. She kept looking back anxiously at me in the rear view or over her shoulder. She could have just driven off - nothing else around. (Perhaps her car was pedal powered too)

Aylesbury: ChavChariots, eg Vauxhall Corsa c.1996, lurid paint, blacked windows, monster stereo, exhaust you could use as a sewer, turbo'd to near extinction, driven by spotty little oik who thinks he's Lewis Hamilton

London: anything with drive to all 4 wheels, esp. (apols for sexism) if driven by ladies...

It's just a hill. Get over it.

I have to take exception here, I drive an Honda Jazz 1.4, (that's when I drive) lovely car, 54mpg, and I am nowhere near 76years.
    Generalisations are generally wrong.

Well, you must be keeping the average age as low as it is! And yes, a fine car in many respects, but the drivers........?

PS Do you have a blue rinse?

If someone came out with "all roadies/hybrid riders/MTBers are gimps" there would be an outcry and a lynching on this forum, but to do it to a driver solely because of the brand of car they drive is somehow ok???

If someone came out with "all bike couriers are gimps" I'd be down with that ;)

I am of the understanding that for a blue rinse, I would require hair, of which I have little, very little :D

buses and non black cab taxies, at lights bikes can be bad, had one tool slice in and stop after the stop line infront of me, wouldn't be so bad if he'd took off like a scaled cat...

i took great pleasure in getting to the other end of the junction before he'd clipped in and doing my impression of the starship enterprise.

Surely the worst cars for cutting too close are those driven by the worst drivers?

Lorry drivers who either don't realise how long they are, or how fast I'm going.

The cab passes me 6' away. All good, no problem. By the time the end of the trailer's passed me, I'm on the brakes hard to avoid being taken out by the 30 tonnes of steel heading quickly for me...

Chavs in Corsa's/Astra's/Vectra's are complete muppets.

Over the past few months,if an incident has occured like cutting up,dangerous overtaking, etc its nearly always a chav in one of these.

Anyone else had the same experience?

I had a close call with an Ice cream van on the way home yesterday. Had to push past as I was moving past some parked cars. Must have had a pressing meeting or an ice cream emergency.

About two hours later I here the plesent tone of an ice cream van coming down our road. Same van, unfortunatly I couldn't get out to highlight the errors of his way before he left.

Maby I will get a chance again tonight...

The should no better was an ambulance that pushed pased on a blind right hander. I started curseing as soon as I saw the front of the van next to me, couldn't believe it as he passed and realised it was an ambulance, and no he was not in a rush to get some where.

As for the worst cars, 20 odd yearold sales reps in Golfs and A3's I find always come too close in the the overtake.

    The worst cars currently available.

Nothing says "I am a co*k" quite as effectively as owning one of these.

  • Mr Parsnip,

    Chapeau sir................................

DDD haven't you got a Beemer, don't fret so have I. A dirty great big one too.

It makes a lovely ornament outside the house. Scraped the cobwebs off this am to take nipper to kids club.

Done 100 miles this week so far on the bike. 3 miles or so in the motor. I know most people are just having a laugh and I was a Beemer knocker till I got one.

Skidded sideways to a halt 6 inches off his *rse this morning as some hopeful in a people van (don't know the make) tried the bus lane then thought otherwise.

This is BikeRadar, surely all drivers are vermin. But most of us drive so we can't possibly admit that.

I am an average driver, I am an average rider. At least there is a cart load of people worse than me.

If pushed for an answer.............................Audi drivers .........obviously

my grandad is the worst driver on the planet and your "d*ckhead in a beemer" radar wouldnt spot him - thats the point im making, all brands of vehicle can be driven by inconsiderate bad drivers, the make of car has very little bearing on it.

Sarcasm, on an internet forum??? Whatever next...

My Aunt's ex husband only came third in the Find New Zealand's worst driver competiton (information from a round robin letter)

If you have seen the driving in NZ, this is still some sort of achievement.

BMW's Mercs and general nob end's i find cut you up, in fact this eveing i found it quite funny how i was about to undertake a nissan bluebird, he dropped a gear and it sounded bad.
