    Yeah that seems a bit weird. Maybe when they went into his room they were able to work out straight away that there was no link to anyone else outside the team? Seems a bit unlikely though.

    Interesting that Nevado still turned in a really good performance on stage 10. Looking at his results last year he didnt do that well on any stage - he only finished 7 minutes back on the Plateau de Beille stage but on the others he was a long way back. Being on Agritubel he wouldnt have had to work for anyone i wouldnt have thought and i cant see any other races he would have peaked for. Being 27 now instead of 26 shouldnt mean that he makes great leaps forward so his result was obviously dodgy. If he was worried he had tested positive or thought that there was a reason they might have been targetting him then i would have thought he might have tried to keep his head down? Maybe he knew it would come out and fancied a day at the front?

    if Barloworld know what's good for them, they'll sack him on the grounds of possession rather than waiting for the results of the B test

    Boy-o-boy... banned substances, syringes and blood-bags in his room... how are Barlowolrd still in the tour?

    From bikeradar:

    Aldige said that the products included "syringes, needles and blood bags" and a drug called TAD which is not authorised for import or sale in France.

    Just how big is his suitcase ? I know mine is bulging when i go away for the weekend - let alone a 3 week race. And its rare that I put any blood bags in my luggage!

    You can't tell me that no-one in the Barloworld team knew about his antics? OK, he may have his own room but he is living with a whole cycling squad for 3 weeks during a tour. How many times did he pop out to meet a man about a dog?
