Polar HRM Help - Particularly the CS400/600 & S725x

Hi,

Jumped onto the Road Forum as most search results return topics from 'this side of the fence' when it comes to HRM's.

I'm looking to find out if the Polar CS400 records altitude and displays it in graphical format on the supplied software? I'm finding the polar website a bit misleading tbh.

If not, can anyone recommend the CS600 or the S725x in it's place?

I really love looking at graphical data :oops:

Hi,
I've got a CS400 and yep its got altitude. You can also see the gradient your riding up as a % as well as ascent and descent stats. Its a really good HRM, I would thoroughly recommend it.

Cool ta, I thought it would be a bit wierd that it recorded altitude data without displaying it on the software but the website makes out that only the S725x can do that.

Looks like it'll be the 400 then!
