i wouldnt go for avids coz if you are not cleaning them that much they will easily get stickey piston or piston problem which lead you to rebleed
go fot either hope minis or formula brakes
they have ceramic piston, hopes ones come with sexy light weight folating rotor, carbon lever and ti bolt finish kit (so do the formula i guess)
should cost more or less the same if you get them new

    Hi,

I was going to get Hope brakes but I test rode a demo bike with them on and they felt cheap (loose levers) and really didn't seem to work that well ? but this was a demo bike so I don't know how there supposed to feel /work. I've had Avid's before and liked them.

Ok time to order a saddle but which one, there's hundreds to chhose from :?

I see the Fizik Gobi get mention alot but also it's quite long and people say you need to play around adjusting it. I'm after a lightweight and comfy saddle that I can just bolt on and go ride with out having to keep adjusting it. Probably want it in black but open to any suggestions.

    try specialized phenom saddle

    they look cool as well

just go to spesh dealer to find out your seatbone width b4 u get it
most ppl do need a 143

So far the Charge Spoon, Selle SLR XC and SLR XC Gel Flow have caught my eye. Although I'm sure I like the gloss black on the SLR XC :?

Rebas if you want them now, 09 SIDS if you can wait. Fox F100 are another option but they are not so light and very expensive. Manitou R7s are silly light but silly price, as are DT Swiss forks. Marzocchi Corsas are another option but you don't see many reviews around.
