I want to know if we end up paying road duty for riding will the motorist with his bike buried in the shed have to pay to ?.
  • If I have a bike made before 1973 will it qualify to be a historic cycle in the eyes of DVLA, and as such qualify for zero rated road tax :?:

Can I get around the tax by submitting a SORN declaration and cycling on the pavement? :P
