    Not a tip as such, but Nicolas Sarkozy will be at the Tour tomorrow. Apparently he’s a fan of the Tour and possesses a Francais de Jeux jersey (FdJ being mainly government owned) while one of his best friends is millionaire Martin Bouygues, sponsor of the Bouygues Telecom team.
    So it’ll be interesting to see how Casar and Voekler do.
