Seems a subject that raises a few questions, i have been recently snacking on grapes untill i found there was 2 calories per grape, might aswell of just had a few jaffa cakes instead.

Theres not such a free food when counting calories apparantly.

    yeh?,check out the saturated fat in jaffas or any biscuit, we do need calories you know squire?

    Yeah, good point about the saturated fat in biscuits and stuff.

    Suppose i dont feel as guilty eating 500 grapes lastnight now :lol:

    jaffas are great for the energy kick in training arent they colsa?
    500 grapes? ha, you must of just got off the karzy? dear me! :D
