Can you pick up the Wiltshire Cycleway. Bits are not well signposted, but there are very good rides to be found. The full route is a circular 160km, but there are shorter options. See if you can find a free map. I picked one up from my LBS. If not try a local tourist infomation centre, it may cost you £2 but its worth having.
There's also a good sportive, not one of the really hard ones but good nontheless and well organised. You have missed it for this year, book early for next as it fills up (yes I have done it and would do so again - no I don't work for them)
The CTC also run the David Duffield Challenge. Great routes and quite simply the best food/drink stops I’ve ever seen. Starts and finishes in Corsham. Again, you have missed it for this year. Oh well, there’s always next year.
