On a foot note to this WATCH OUT
Nearly came a cropper the other day due to a loose bottle cage containing water bottle starting to swing on a descent throwing the bike out of kilter, aggghhhhNever knowingly past a pie shop!

What's the big deal? I take one 950ml bottle on all my rides. I'll drink two of them on a hot 3 hour ride.

Incidentally, did an 85 mile ride the other day, drank 4 1/2 litres of fluid, then again I was in Mallorca and it was 35 degrees celcius."Impressive break"
