Hi
If anyone is interested I have today done a comparative study of the 2 units above over a 2 hour indoor ride and have posted the results to my blog. The link is in my signature, the entry is for Saturday 17th May 2008.
Regards to all.

Will be doing a "proper" test very shortly but am currently routinely doing my 2x20s at about 25-30W higher than I was then so I think I've gained about that over the period. I'm finding it's not so much the actual number rise I'm noticing but the greater "comfort" of things when working harder. My objectives mean that I need to be able to work hard for long periods so that's what I'm trying to work on, absolute top end power isn't my main objective. Make sense? Basically I want to be able to ride at 300W all day, but then again who doesn't?
Hope all is well with you.
Cheers.

300watts all day? Yeah baby sounds good. If only, huh? Did you notice any plateau while doing mostly 2 x 20's as your threshold workouts?0
