is best known for its MTB trails, and good they are too, but I rode around the tarmacced (or is that tarmaced?) bit; the barriers were closes so no cars, and it was a surprisingly hard circuit with plenty of climbing. 10 miles from my house and back was a nice hard 90 minutes Friday after work ride. There's nothing to stop you riding a couple or more circuits of it, and the great thing is the lack of traffic and the stunning scenery (at least for gwent anyway 
). Best of all you get to race the baggy shorts up the climbs!
