    yeh im tired from holiday too first day back in work is a killer today lol, but still maybe do cwm tomorrow, and afan whyte level on the weekend not sure yet. al good fun, and if you want to ride with out your super fast mate, you can always grab a train down :p

    how easy is it to get from the train station to the trails?

    easy enough if you grab a lift i live in newport so can give you a lift up, its 15 minutes from my house to the train station, load up, 15 minutes to cwm, 45-50 to afan max.

    you havent seen how slow i am yet though! but i am nice, honest.... and riding more is definitely a good thing. although now that its hot and i want to wear summer clothes im going to have to be more careful about bruises. It's difficult being a girl you know :)
    anyway if you sure you wouldnt mind doing that it would be cool and very nice of you... not this week tho as the parents are coming to stay, and apparently biking is not a "ladylike pursuit"..... :roll:

    LOL bruises add charachter i say lol, and im slow at the moment so no worries, your more than welcome,

    The nice thing with trail centers is there very well sectioned so people can ride off at there pace and meet at the end of sections, so be prepared to wait for me lol

    ah yes, made that error once before, had a couple(2) pints while out riding, did a slippery rock slope and then ended with scradge all down my butt... learnt from it though, i was young at the time lol

    sun is shining outside now want to go out and ride, but need a few rest days after the weekend! might have a beer in the garden and polish the bike >;op
