not healing?

K, so I had this bang yesterday and got a pretty nasty gouge on my finger but surely after a day and a bit it should have scabbed up by now? its still bleeding/weeping a bit.

Is not healing properly a sign of something? Low blood cells or something or am I just being paranoid?

    I think so - some wounds can weep and bleed for days - get yourself to A+E to have it looked and dressed properly if you are concerned, otherwise keep the wound clean and dressed until it dries up a bit and then you can let the air to it.
