Anything by:
The Feeling
The Hoosiers
The Fratellis
Razorlight
Are you seeing a theme here?
Scouting for Girls
The Killers
Aaaargh I hate it! BLAND DERIVATIVE NOISE POLLUTION!
Hmm - I'm with you on the Hoosiers, Scouting FG , ESPECIALLY the Feeeling (wheedly, nerdy little whiners) whom I can barely tell apart, but The Killers and Razorlight are entirely different and I think have been the subject of critical acclaim in the past. As for the Fratellis I reckon they are extremely good (esp live) and different from a lot of stuff out there. I hate R&B and the "I'm so smooth you are going to have to rip your clothes off when I sing to you" lyrics. That "Make Love In this Club" is hugely offensive. There's him with his squeaky little falsetto voice and all his mates yelling "hey... yeah!" behind him as he says he's going to do it all night on the floor and doesn't care who's watching  Yup that's going to sweep the girls off their feet. Rant over ...sorry

I just find The Killers incredibly drony, he doesn't sing he just drones, bit like a male Dido.
Razorlight and The Fratellis I find hugely over rated. Jingly jangly music-lite. All the decibels with none of the calories.2007 Giant SCR2 - 'BFG'

Oh and I'd like to add that chasing pavements song, and that let it shine one too.
SO MIND NUMBINGLY BLAND BORING AND POINTLESS!2007 Giant SCR2 - 'BFG'

Absofu**inglutely i can't believe how sh*t that is. the unbelievabley up his own ar*e lyrics and that whining bollockless voice coupled to a totally unremarkable tune    In case anyone's in any doubt - it makes my blood boil; that and anything by the feeling.
Apologies about the lingo but that really pushes my buttonspm0 -
That new one by 'Will.I.Am' and Sheryl Crow where he sounds like he's doing a chicken impression.
It's so sh*t but I can't help but listen. Like watching an accident in slo-mo. Or The Office.
Cringe, cringe.2007 Giant SCR2 - 'BFG'
