    Re that age group (I know because I am 45 too) anything under 6 hrs was gold, 6-6 1/2 hrs was silver and the rest was bronze,

    Ha! I knew it - looks like I missed out on Silver by one minute - that's the last time I wait for Nick when he has a puncture in a sportive! (Later on in the ride he pressed on without me and finished 6 minutes ahead.)
