For the last couple of years I have kept a training diary - in order to record the number of miles I run, bike and swim through the year. Being a bit of a geek I decided to build my own online database...

You can specify training targets, and display a countdown to your big events as well as creating a public page through which your friends, family and potential sponsors can follow your training.
