Saving Polar training data

I'm in the process of formatting my laptop and need to transfer 3 years worth of a training diary / calendar from the laptop to the PC. Is this possible and can anyone tell me how to do it?

I'm trying to put everything onto CD and DVD's but can seem to do it with my Polar stuff.

If you go to Options and person properties there is a tab called advanced
This will allow to you to back up the data to where you want
