    Claire Grogan - yes.

Wendy James? I'm too old for childhood crush here, but onece saw her sitting outside the Cafe Lisboa in Goldbourne Road in North Kensington, those of you who know London might be able to imagine what she might have been waiting for there...?

Yep me too, I was known for it. (Not a childhood crush by any stretch though.)One day I realised that she wasn't all that, and that her singing voice was truly awful, moved on to someone else.

Rob Sallnow - how could I have forgotten - Clare Grogan and Janet Ellis were fighting over me - and people slag off the 80s - brilliant. Thanks for the reminder. (Daughter is quite tidy too!!!)[/quote]

  • Another one here for schoolteacher fantasy, my English teacher who by day we all hated as she was a bitch, but by night we erm developed acne over her.
She had by far the most perfect female hip and buttock curvature I have ever seen, even though she wasnt actually that pretty, she had that something extra....or maybe it was 15 yr old tesosterone blindness....nonetheless, 25 years later and I still use her posterior mental image as a letching reference

Petite pretty brunette Bernadette Murphy from primary school. I kissed her on the very last day of primary school, on the path through the hedges at the back of the school buildings, through which I knew she always went with a friend, after a lot of planning beforehand how to manage this without frightening them.
Shortly into secondary school, she had an appendicitis. That she’d had such, at only 12-13 years, meant to me (at the time and with my limited knowledge of things) that she hadn’t looked after herself. This disappointed me a lot, and what I perceived as our differing attitudes to staying fit and healthy then became significant differences between us.

Hi, I had a big crush on the Maths teacher at my school. She was beautiful, clever and sporty - perfect. So perfect that I married her!

Don't worry - we are both teachers - I am the art teacher! :D

    Wendy James of Transvision Vamp

Another vote for Wendy James - very horny!

No-one has mentioned Sally James from Tiswas - very nice too!
  • For me it was German Rock Goddess Nena (she of 99 Luftballon fame)

The sight of Gabrielle Kerner (her real name and yes I've got it bad) sashaying across the stage in tight black leather trousers was enough to get my hormones a flowing back in 1984 when I saw her play Drury Lane.

The crush has never gone away and I'm looking forward to travelling to Bonn this summer to see her again! A-a-a-ah-h!!

Pretty good I agree........until she raised her arms and showed her very hairy armpits :!:
  • I have to concede that particular "european" style never appealed - but nowadays she is clean shaven.

Agreed. I think my tendency to get out of bed early can be traced to Michaela Strachans stint on the Wide Awake Club.

Clare Grogan - used to see her all the time when I was a student in Glasgow - used to go skiing with the drummer from the band too. I also met Janet Ellis - I was crewing on a boat in Liverpool that was involved in a film shoot for Blue Peter and Sophie was a very distinctive bump. But it has to be Gabrielle Kerner- but i expect she has the complexion of a well-used handbag by now!

I feel much better for reading this thread.

I always thought I must be some kind of perv 'cause I fancied Michaela Strachan. Never met anyone else who even admits to knowing who she is.
