Recovery from stomach bug

Had the misfortune to go down with this nasty sickness/diarrhea bug that's been going around about a fortnight ago. Ended up off work (and bike) for a week and lost a lot of weight that i really couldn't afford to loose! Just commuted to work last week (didn't do anything on the turbo) but still not feeling particularly strong. The problem is that i want to start training properly again, but i'm also mindful that i could do with putting some weight back on. Tried doing a practice 10 TT at the weekend and it wiped me out - has anyone any thoughts about how i should go about getting back up to speed? Don't want to rush things but i'm concerned i don't want to waste the hard work i've put in these last couple of months.
