I hope no one thinks that any links I post are meant to by-pass professional medical attention. When I'm injured, I just like to get an idea of what may be or is causing the pain, this can help relieve me of a lot of unnecessary worrying and stress....and my mind can run wild..Cajun0

Thanks for the links Cajun. I've just been told that I have tendonitis in my hamstrings. Physio has told me to do lots of stretching. Stumbling on to your post/links has been useful to me, giving me some other stretches that the physio hasn't given me as homework (as he terms it), provides an alternative as I find stetching boring. Probably why I've got sore legs...
I have to agree just though, a web site isn't the place to seek cures. A visit to the physio told me that, and hopfully will be money and time well spent.3 grand bike...30 Bob legs....Slowing with style0 -
Here's a few other sites for aid until you can reach the GP/Physio...praying that you never have to need them.....but...?????

The better informed you are, the better the conversation/questions you can have with the physio.
Here's hoping you get the hamstrings well soon, and you have a great season and develop £30 legs!!
