Training books

Thanks for all the advice in the strength training thread and the varius other pointers, since the training for road cycling seems to be fairly different to what I'm used to I'm thinking of getting myself a book on bike training to get to grips with the basics. Trouble is there seems to be a bewildering number available!
Does anyone have any recommendations of goos books or advice on ones to avoid?
Thanks
Jon

I'm not sure of your exact level of interest, but for the very basics, there is a FREE ebook download at http://www.roadbikerider.com 29 tips from Pro riders of various subjects...worth the read and it's FREE
"29 Pro Cycling Secrets for Roadies"
You do have to register, but you won't receive any spam, etc....Cajun0 -
Nice one, thanks!

"Cyclists Training Bible" by Joe Friel usually gets good reviews but I've not read it myself.0
