Make one of your rides a bit longer every fortnight and do it at a measured but not too easy pace. Do the other 2 at a pace that you consider 'eyeballs out' (with due regard for traffic etc!).
Decide now that you can reschedule the long ride during the week for the best weather but not miss out. Decide now that the shorter rides will be done regardless of weather (barring silly hurricane extremes of course!)
By May (if you keep on adding a bit every fortnight you should be close to 40 miles and 60 will already easily be within your reach. Use the long ride to practice drinking water (or perhaps a carbohydrate drink or watered down fruit jiuce etc) and eating a sarnie or banana or two along the way. Carry on adding distance to your long ride up until July. The week of your BIG ride take 2-3 days off cycling before it but train the short rides normally up till 4-5 days before.
You will be ready - for any weather, any problems, good legs and good attitude!
Good luck!0
