Thats it............................... anyone want to buy a bike :P

If you make sure you drink a diet soft drink, it will eat all of the calories, then you'll be OK. 8)

  • What about something to drink when out on a long bike ride?

This is coming from a college student, so I like to get up, eat something quick and make something quickly for the day out and then shower and leave:

Breakfast cereal i find is the best, just fit as much as you can onto your plate! I have shredded wheat but your favorite - just eat loads! keeps you going.

Lunch - Jam sandwich on really nice thick wholemeal bread, couple of bananas and a mars bar. Your favourite sweet is always nice to have in the pack for lunch, really something to look forward too.

Drink: I am a user of powdered energy drinks, really easy to make and tasty! if not then water i guess is the only thing i can suggest.

How does this sound to other people?

My rule, especially at this age before its easy to put on the pounds (as iv heard/had moaned at me) is to just eat loads!
