Post of interest to WKO users only:
Joe Friel article here

documents a useful feature of WKO that I did not know about. It gives a measure of "cardiac drift" or "decoupling" as he calls it. Helps in measuring overall aerobic fitness and checking pacing in a steadyish power event. (instructions to swich on: Right click on the software icon and select "properties." In the field named "Target", after the last quote mark, hit the space bar _once_ and then enter /pwp.)
If WKO users know of any other useful features not included in standard install please reply to this post.

I'm not convinced that feature is all that useful.
Most of the changes in the recent free upgrade were directed towards multisport athletes, so there is, for example, a running TSS score for those using GPS/mapping systems to record their runs.
Other than that, some additional features in the look and feel of the charting.
V3.0, whenever that will be, will get back to incorporating more cycling specific stuff.0
