Optimising endorphins

Any views on the best training regime to optimise endorphins?

Simply put, I did 35 miles today. First 10-15M or so felt like c**p.

Then the bodies drugs kick in and the home stretch, even into a stiff wind, was so easy and much faster .

So what is the best way to get the natural high working?

- Flat and fast
- A few big climbs
- Anything else?

    Ahhh an endorphins junkie.

    I find that hill climbs give a nice effect, or short fast intervals good luck!
