Groin injury

I get quite intense pain in my groin moving from a seated position to standng after an hour or so on the bike, anyone got any idea what the problem could be?

    Groin groin or private parts groin? If latter see doctor, if former probably just muscles/ligaments - don't wait a whole hour before shifting position?
