does anyone know how to change the speed readout between MPH and KMH on the Polar CS300 HRM. I have read the manual and it just says that you can but not how.

Any other thoughts on it would be appreciated. It was bought as an unexpected xmas present and have no experince of using them. Is the computer function any good or should I keep hold of my cateye wireless for those functions?

If its anything like the cs200 you have to go to general settings and change the unit settings lb/ft to kg/cm to swap from mph to kmph.
