I think.
Seems to have happened after I raised my saddle possibly a bit too much. It isn't as bad as when it first happened, but it's still a bit painful when riding, and it seems i can't apply as much power with that leg (my right).
I'm taking a week off and coinciding it with getting my bike serviced.
Any other tips?

I'd avoid strapping a big ice pack onto it if I were you - chilled nads for Christmas is probably best avoided :shock:
