Polar 720 battery change-HELP

I would really appreciate step by step instructions for dummies as to how to change the battery in the watch unit-I can't even be sure how to open the casing-I am not too bothered about the waterproof aspect-any help would be very welcome

    Try here for the manual for a 720i, can't be that much difference for battery changing, only some of the features I guess. Comes in the form of a PDF.
    I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.

    1.open the back

    2. take out the circuit/watch internals

    3. replace battery

    4. put back the circuit/watch internals

    5. close the back

    job done.....you will still have all your settings and data stored in it's internal memory, but, back it up just in case.
