rollers how slow

After my training sesions on rollers last year I cooled down learning to ride no hands and then learnt to take my top off whilst riding. Now I am seeing how quickly I can get from one speed to another no hands and how slow I can go no hands.
My slowest speed before grabbing the bars is 9 mph
Can any one go slower than this ?

10 kph (6 mph) with eyes closed, sitting upright, almost meditating while cooling down after enjoying a good result at the track. I was "in the zone" and could do anything at that moment
Type of wheel makes a difference as well as the type of rollers and how well the rollers match your wheelbase.0 -
yeh i can do 3 mph whilst riding backwards, blindedfolded, in the rain with a force 5 wind with a bmx on 12 inch wheels and training wheels while juggling 5 chainsaws two flaming battons, one petrol can and two knives on the back of a moving truck doing a hundred kmh on a motorcross corse going over a twelve foot table top jump doing 360 double twist front flip. beat that..............!

10 kph/ 6 mph ! well that's set me a target, I'll let you know when I get down to it. I think I'll keep my eyes open , falling off in the garage onto other bikes, forks and spades does not sound like a good idea. I learnt that one when I swerved to miss the cat :oops:0
