Kid opens door on me and then ruins my day

Yesterday whilst on the way to work i was travelling down a bike lane when i was passed by a fiesta as i approached the lights. As i drew alongside, the mong in the passenger seat kicks open the door and puts me straight on the ground. I start to get up and call him a f**king idiot, he says sorry! and steps over me and as he does so the car moves off ( his mum was driving him to college). I think shes parking around the corner away from the traffic and hes going to come back with her, when i notice that hes pressed the button on the crossing and is going to just walk away!( Mum has actually just f**ked off too , she didnt even get out of the car) so i get up off the road and chase him down against three lane of traffic who are all honking because some crazy guy carrying an expensive road bike is limping accross a dual carriage way. I ask The mong for his mums details as she just left the scene of an accident the mong says" fuck off I said I was sorry" i then ask him another 2 times for these details and he says he not giving them so i might as well go. I then said to him i am calling the police I put my bike down to get my phone only to find it wont work. He has books with him and is heading for the local college so i tell him i will go in with him and get the college people to give details. He says he doesnt go there and the tries to walk past, but one of his mongoloid mates outside says his name in mongspeak. Mong tells all his adoring boyfriends whats going on and they then start to threaten me! i now so pissed i tell that i aint leaving till i get what i want, and if need be ill wait the whole day till i get it.mong boy now sees a bus coming and tries to get on, i get on with him and asked the driver to call the police. Driver tells me hes 45 minutes late and he cant call the police or he will have to wait and be later, i state to the driver that im not getting off unless he calls the police mong boy is now hearing from the lovely commuters that he needs to get off as hes making them late,(off course none of these people have lent moblie phones when asked). Mong boy bolts for the door and runs off, i hobble off the bus and leave these people to their everlasting shame, i catch up with mong boy as he criss crosses the road. i tell him my leg hurts and just give me the fucking details an ill go, but he still trys to walk away after 40 mins of walking around morden Mongboy phones dad. Dad says to me on the phone that mong boy ( zac) will go to college and verify his details.
the lady at reception allows me to make a phone call but wont give me long enough to tell work exactly where i am my knee has finally swollen so it wont bend. 10 Minute later my business partner (Mark) finds me, hears whats gone on and calls the police despite the college lamers trying to convince him that mongboy is only teenager. He also gets the mums details to the police and they contact her, and tell her to get to the local nick to be questioned about leaving the scene of an accident. The college staff at this point then ask us to move to another place as we are upsetting the feral spankmonkeys that (study?)are gathering around. At no point i this time has any of the college staff asked about me ( an icepack or maybe tea, would have been a comfort), as they are concerned that mong boy is getting upset at being cautioned, the vice principle has then made us all move to another room with a staff member to liase so once again
i have to hobble. Anyway when they asked if i would wish to prosecute, Hell yes Ive already got soliciters involved, and i am going to get every thing i f**king can off them!!!!!!!!! F**k them all
including the public who dont want to get involved, the f**king PC brigade at the Mong farm (merton college) and the parents that bring up oxygen thieves like Mongboy and drive off themselves F**K THEM ............

Had to get that off my chest .. Im the sort of guy who helps blind people across the road and gives my seat up for pregnant ladies and has helped far too many people who have been in accidents or medical emergencys I will continue to do this as its how i was bought up .. but why are mongs breeding, it doesnt makes sense and is evil

Mongs are taking over the world. Pretty soon there will only be Mongs left. 50 years of inbreeding .
reckon they should have their foreheads stamped and loaded up into trucks and taken to Siberia or somewhere for a nice holiday along with their Mong mums and Dads .
Maybe then we will get some educational TV rather than the Mong c**p they churn out now every night.

Full marks for dogged persistance . Hope your knee recovers quickly. So often the full problem doesn't show for a day or two

sorry to hear about that - I was taken out by a black cab who left me to bounce down the road then disappeared into the distance - cars just steered around me

mong boy is getting upset at being cautioned

serious question - what law did mong boy break? I know his mother did but is there a legal requirement for passengers to pass on drivers details or report an accident?

Good for you mate, take it all the way. I can't believe no one offered you any help, these morons need to be taught a lesson. I had a run in with a Westminster council van last night, got his plate details and will be complaining (for all the good it'll) idiot almost ran me over and didn't even apologise. To$$ers.

Why use such offensive language about other people. If the person had Downs Syndrome say so - if not don't insult those who do by describing these idiots as such.

This country is full of scum.

People talk about immigration that has gone out of control in this country, it's the chav scum that infest British towns and cities that are the real problem.

If you think Morden is bad, try Woolwich. It's a real Delta town (I mean that in the sense of the average resident's likely intelligence, not that the place itself is in a swamp, though Belmarsh prison is conveniently located there too).

This mother and offspring were willing to leave me in the road after injuring me, i have 2 kids 4 &7 and im sorry if my language was harsh after recieving no assistance whatsoever form anyone ( i wonder how many of the complainers would have helped). i mean no disrespect, however its just that sort of pc attitude that allows oxygen theives like him to get away with murder ( maybe not the right term as this guy couldnt premeditate a toliet trip) so excuse me if i dont feel sorry at offending the twat.
Oh dear someones going to write in about that now?

If you don't get a lawyer involved the minimum I'd do is write a stiff letter to the college big cheese (in legalese if you can) about the pathetic attitude of staff on campus to a road incident or whatever they're termed now, and anything else you think is relevant. After all, if one of their student layabouts got injured I'm sure they'd just about manage to lift a finger to blame someone.

Make sure a doctor, preferably a consultant sees that knee. If it goes bad and you're off work it won't be nice.

It's only MHO but I really can't get upset by Karty's use of the word 'Mong'. I understand the points made but fail to see how it causes offence to people on this forum. It's slang. You wouldn't call someone with Downs Syndrome a 'Mong', that could be considered offensive.
Aspire not to have more, but to be more.

If you are referring to me when you mention complainers, I can assure you I would certainly have helped. I was not defending their actions in any way and I hope they get what's coming. Having been involved in an RTA,which was not my fault, and left to lie in the road while cars drove round me without stopping, I totally understand your anger and frustration (I was knocked off by a 16 y.o. kid on a moped btw) and commend your persistence. No, I'm not objecting to your story, just the use of a particular word, that's all. Personally, I find it a little distasteful but maybe I'm alone and perhaps I'm somewhat behind the times when it comes to acceptable 'slang'. Anyway, good luck with your claim and hope the injuries get better.

Don't be so ******* pc. Sticks and stones and all that. Chav, mong, gypo, pikey, what the fark does it matter?

    An awful lot!

    Two reasons...

    1. If you are reasonable, polite and constructive people will listen and sympathise. There is a local taxi driver points on his licence, after a left hook. Simply because I was not ranting and he was. Three witnesses made up their own minds and saw a ranting taxi driver yelling expletives who had cut up a reasonable cyclist.

It certainly didn't help when he told the passenger to "Please keep her highly valued opinion to herself." It was her evidence that he had pulled out and overtaken at the junction that clinched it and undermined his "SMIDSY"defence

I doubt very much that they would have been as supportive if I had also been raving as well.!

    2. It does not come across well even in anecdote. There would be a reasonable excuse to leave the scene and get away from a ranting swearing and aggressive person on the grounds that you felt that you would have been in danger to stay. Providing she reports within 24 hours she may get away withit if it is shown you were aggressive!

It is not about being "PC" but about having personal standards.

topic heading changed. But i can not be bothered to change it all the times it has been used.
Personall i do not think that usage of that word is acceptable but at the same time i feel that this is a valid topic so i will leave it as is.

Hope you do manage to get things sorted.

hello again, i seem to have left the impression that im some sort of violent thug. im nothing of the sort, i simply do not bother to shout at people who risk my life every day with their
sub standard driving, whats the point, you cant educate them in a seconds worth of invective. I do however hate injustice and if you had read my story properly you would have gathered that the driver had already left, and the [ insert descrition here, so as not to offend your sensibilities] offspring was crossing the road to get to get to college( i really wouldnt class either as fit for membership to the human race ,would you?) . It would have been polite to lie on the gorund and let them get away, well i tried being nice even when threatened by his" posse", that didnt work so i dug in and made a nuisance of myself, that did work. This used to be a great country where care and manners were the done thing, now everyone buries their head and and complains about how bad things are getting. By doing nothing you only get what you deserve, you see an accident but you cant be bothered to stop, might miss big brother or be home 10 minutes later. Im not like that If one of your loved ones was in trouble and turned to me for help i can not refuse! I wouldnt be able to look in the mirror in the mornings

"i really wouldnt class either as fit for membership to the human race ,would you?"

So you refer to them as 'Mong', which is derived from the word 'Mongoloid', which, to me, is an offensive term for people with Down's Syndrome. That is the only part of your story that I object to. Is that so hard to understand? You are sensitive to the criticisms on here. I am sensitive to your choice of insult. It's nothing to do with being '****ing PC' (not your words) and all to do with common decency. Ironically it is the lack of common decency that you are deploring. Have you considered that perhaps there are people with Down's Syndrome or parents of people with Down's Syndrome reading this forum who may be deeply upset by your use of words?

im happy to apologies if the word means offence to any one with downs, i would never use the word in that context to cause offence. but honestly you criticise my not being polite to these people , and yes their actions would suspend their membership to the human race in any correctly functioning head. Im not going to argue the word with you as I am still rather angry about the lack of human compassion on the road and it seems the only thing you seem to point out in my story is my choice of vocabulary and lack of personal standards, well on the second count i can hold my head high!

    but thanks for the support

Again, I do not criticise your "not being polite to these people" - I support you on that count (as I mentioned above, I have been left in a similar situation) - it is simply your choice of words that I object to. If you'd written this piece using pretty much any other word I would not be on here arguing with you now. It's a shame because you have had a bad experience yet it has been reduced to this. I'm fairly certain that this thread would be running to pages of support and advice by now if you had chosen to word you post differently.

I've bee reading this thread over the last few days.

Karty, hope you recover quickly, and keep us updated as to what happens.

The use of the "M" word may have been wrong, but when the adrenaline/anger is flowing we all make inappropriate choices, on top of which language is always changing, (I work with a couple of client groups where the acceptable name is changed on a regular basis due to latest "PC pressure"). It is not always possible to remember which is current, why it is no-longer used etc. Also language and words do still vary across communities within britian so that whats acceptable is not else where.
    Hills? what are they

Didn't people in this country once describe stupid people as 'Irish'? I expect some people still do. So, let's replace the word in question with the word 'Irish' and see how long it lasts.

To paraphrase your post, 'let's keep the insulting language down, and the content up.' OK?

Replacing the word in question with the word 'Irish' would be perfectly valid and non-insulting - only if the boy and his mother were Irish. If they were non-Irish, the word 'Irish' would only be invalid. It surely isn't offensive to have ones nationality mis-described.

I'm sure the OP didn't intend to offend anyone but his message of lack of compassion and ignorance by others seems to have been lost in amongst the melodrama. Personally, to instill some sanity, I'd have replaced in the thread title with the word 'mongrel' and simply accepted his assertion he didn't mean to offend anyone.

I think the word Mong is a stinker. I had some of my girlfriend's relatives come over from Australia and they were calling eachother "Spaz". when they were insulting eachother. The trouble is that I got a Nephew who is a "Spaz" and I kept quiet about it. If you're not on the receiving end of these things you can't see the harm in using these terms but if you're brother is a Mong or a "Spaz" then it does cut you up a bit. I know the OP now regrets using this term but the support showed for using this language (don't be so PC) is not good. Think of who maybe reading this. I don't fancy Australia much any more.
I get nuts too with bad drivers and have been present at a TT with a fatality so I know how serious things can get. I Marshal a busy junction on our local TT and use a video phone to keep drivers in check and also some of our crazy bike riders too. The video on mobile phones could help in any Legal stuff if you need to make a claim against someone so try that in future if you can.
Also, if you could pick a quieter route maybe? I only ride the quieter roads now because cars and lorries hurt.
