Hi
I am considering buying a virtual reality trainer for this winter.
It seems there are two choices, the Tacx product or the Elite one. Does anyone here have experience of both? Have either (or both) been reviewed/tested by any of the magazines?
So far the Tacx has he advantage of being less expensive, with more video's available, but I have been put off by some bad reports I have read on the Tacx website forum concerning software problems and, more worryingly, complete momentary locking up of the motor brake. Also the Tacx backup service seems poor.
The only advantage the the Elite machine seems to offer me is that it is not Tacx.
Any thoughts would be greatly welcomed.
