Is it possible to extrapolate from times for a 10 or 25 (given similar terrain) to work out what you should be aiming for, roughly, in a 100 mile time-trial?
I know that there are calculators available for running, which can take a 5 k or 10 k time and tell you what marathon time, again, approximately, you should be aiming for. Can anyone suggest, even from experience, something similar for riding a 100?

If you follow the link above and go down about 2 pages there's a table of times and distances. It seems pretty accurate especially if you read the notes above it about stayers/sprinters etc.0
