Its been said that its protein/carb ratio is ideal for recovery but how much should I drink? I've been taking in about 500ml so a litre lasts for two days/rides. And man its nice after a hard ride!
Any insight would be good, also is the srawberry milk just as good?
Thresholds, 60-80%, HRM's...I'll just go for a ride
