week off

Been training for a 122 miler in september, doing 60 miles commuting a week and 60 to 100 miles twice a week training.
I've been on holiday for a week and can't belive how sore my thighs are and i only did 25 miles on a relativly flat course only 1000 ft of climbing.
could put it down to the 7 pints a niight i've been having.
