Tacx i-Magic - worth the money?

Thinking of buying a turbo trainer to keep up (okay. to improve!!) fitness over winter. Biggest fear is boredom - I've used running machines and they are too easy to step off after the initial burst of enthusiasm. So, will the computer graphics/stats etc.of the i-Magic keep me interested and is the whole package worth the investment?

    There are two versions, the original I-Magic and the I-Magic Fortius. I have had the I-Magic + steerer for about 3 years and have just updated the software to Fortius which will run 'Real Life Videos'. The I-Magic graphics are good but the Fortius is a vast improvement. I have tried rollers but get bored and trainers with digital readouts and still get bored!
    I found that my main problem is that I cannot take it easy and am always trying to beat my last time! The first video clip is I-Magic virtual reality and the second is Fortius Ventoux descent showing all possible views
