Garmin Edge 205

Got myself one...Looks great. But can anyone tell me in a non tech way how I can plan a route and upload it onto the Edge 205 so that I can follow it.

I want to be able to get a train somewhere, have a planned route home and follow the route on the bike. I understand that this is possible so any advice please guys!

    IMO, I would get Tracklogs. I have a 205 & Tracklogs and wouldn't be without it.

    It's great for planning routes/courses and then uploading with no fuss.

    No need to reformat/transfer/etc.

    I would suggest going for your 1:50k GB region at £19.95 incl p&p.

    If you are unsure you can download a free trial.

    There's so many different packages on here that I can't remember which one I used to do what you asked, so you'll have to do some searching. Or someone else may come onto this thread and provide better direction.
