    You need to experiment. As above, take the shock pump out with you and make changes.

    I do take my shock pump with me. Its just feels nice with the proper sag set. As it should. But it then bottoms out so i pump it up and it doesn't feel as responsive ot handle as well cause teh sus is no longer as active. Silly XC RP23 shock :x

    sounds like there is too much rebound. it should be set so that you can only just pick the bike up before the rear wheel come off the ground from compressed. normally a cople back from the fastest.

    Ha i tried it like that and i fired me off the front. Stupid thing i am going back to simple hardtails :D

    if that is happening then you have either incorret length parts or the bike needs a better set up or you need to look at How you are riding.

    things that come to mind are stem too long and seat post to high and bend your knees.

    The stem is 55mm :o the seat post is high but nor to high for me. Oh well i think i will just have to play and see if anything works.
