Kloden isn't looking very healthy at the minute. His back looks like it is killing him.

If his aim is to just get TV time, he's done a fine job.

If he wants it to amount to anything, it's an idiotic move. But then we get them every day.

I wish he would try wait til they're near the end and see if he could get off the front, a la Cancellera a couple of days ago. He is a lot more likely to have success doing that if he had luck on his side.

Wiggins's chance was the prologue, and since there was no other reason for including him in the team, my guess it was a speculative go for it and get some air time. He (and cofidis) have got nothing to lose by it. I suspect after tomorrow, Cav will be out, Wiggo will be in the last 10, and Millar will start to show his pedigree with a mid table position. I cant see Geraint lasting that long in the mountains either.

I see that T-Mobile are starting to do some work on the front. Presumably they will be hoping for a good showing from Cavendish. I really hope that if they do catch Bradley (as they surely will) that Cavendish does put on a good performance, as today is his last chance.

Klöden looks like crap today! I guess a fractured tailbone and intestinal bug will do that to you.
