Didn't get home till 7 thanks to the uslessnes of Metronet - so I just got changed and went out.
Now - I didn't eat so does this explain why only after on 50 odd minutes I started to get cramp in my calf and then felt terrible until I got home half an hour later.
On the plus side, the central line has forced me to start commuting by bike again.

I have to cycle out to Leytonstone along the A11, past Bethnal Green, Mile End etc. It was absolutely heaving last night, took me almost 2 minutes longer than normal thanks to the uselessness of Metronet!!!
