go on then....(seriously, I'd like to know as it is interesting to know how others come to their choices - some I can figure out others, as in this case  , I can't)

Good call............my grip on the maillot jaune is more fragile than a Frenchman's........which leads me rather nicely to:

    Hi guys!

I'm new here, but i have a question for those who picked Contador. What do you think, how could he win?

He will definiately won't be in a breakaway, and he definiately won't win a sprint if a big groupe come home.

OK, I'll humour you. I think there will be a successful breakaway, so I was looking for teams that look keen and CA fit the bill. Then I had to pick a rider. Halgand and Fofonov have had their turn. Hushovd and Dean won't attack. Some others were at in the peleton 2 today and pulled for Hushovd, so I discounted them. This left me with four riders. I looked them up on the CA website saw that Botcharov can climb a little (so no problem with the Cat 2 climb) and he's just signed a new contract, so may want to show off a little.

He will come about 56th in reality

Moose I think you mean stage 12 (I can't see TB winning a 50k+ TT).

For me I don't think St 12 is going to be a sprint, but that doesn't bring me any closer to deciding a winner!! I can't decide who it's going to be, maybe Pozzato, maybe Kirchen, maybe Gilbert, maybe Millar, maybe some random breakaway... maybe Vino or Valverde!

pretty much on the toss of a coin over KK

    Stage 12: Pozzato

Noodley, does that give you an insight into my selection process? I notice we're still level on points after 11!!
