Aerobic followed by non-aerobic

I cycle in 10 miles to work on my fixie a couple of days a week. To tone my upper body, the commute is usually followed by 20 mins of upper body free weight training.
Is it better to keep aerobic training days separate from non-aerobic training days, or is it better to mix the two in one session?

When I used to go to the gym I did 30 minutes CV warm up, 40 minutes weights and then 10 minutes CV to cool down.

PS, do you do your weight training at your desk?

The bike ride is an ideal warm-up in preparation for your weights. Doing a little bit of aerobic work afterwards helps to stretch the muscles after strenuous activity and help to remove the by-products of heavy efforts from your muscles so you shouldn't hurt so much afterwards.

the only downside is you may be a little more tired, not able to lift as much, on riding days, but other than that no reason to keep them apart..

    Lucky you by the way...
