I'm intrigued by these, they look interesting if a bit pricey.
Anyone had any experience with them etc????????????
I noticed that they are banned for racing by British Cycling, but thats kind of irrelevant since they are a training aid anyway.

No experience, but have read several articles on Pez Cycling over the years. Generally they conclude that they're hard to use at first but, by sticking with it, you develop a greater level of overall efficiency which translates to increased power output when using normal cranks. Quite a few pros seemingly use them, either openly or not: Bettini, di Luca, Armstrong(?) etc which would endorse the view that they do work.

They're a bit expensive though and you ideally need a second bike for them.0 -
